The Bradshaw Lofts is leading the way in creative living for the City of Stratford. It’s a community of tenants, guests and staff who respect one another and who trust the policies and standards established by building management. We take the privacy and security of guests and residents seriously. We do not sell or share our residents personal information. Whenever you provide information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy, current Canadian Data Protection legislation and Internet best practice. 

By using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us in the manner set out in this privacy policy. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website.

 

Tranquility Policy

The Bradshaw Lofts is a condominium that takes the safety, comfort, security and tranquility of our residents and guests seriously. We are committed to ensuring that all visitors experience a peaceful and positive experience while visiting. We ask all residents and visitors to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 9am. We ask that guests and residents refrain from loud sounds or music and multiple visitors during these hours. We ask guests and visitors to remember the size of many of these apartments and the close proximity of their apartment relative to others. 

 

Non-Smoking Policy

The Bradshaw Lofts is a non-smoking building. There are smoking receptacles located outside the building in the Downie St. Parking lot. Guests and residents may smoke in these designated areas. If it is unclear where smoking is permitted, please ask a member of our staff. A charge of $250 will be applied to any guest who is caught smoking in their unit or an undesignated area outdoors.

 

Room Capacity Policy

There is a designated number of guests permitted in each apartment. There is a charge for any additional individuals occupying the unit. In some cases, if the number of guests exceeds the allowable number of guests per suite, the additional individuals will be asked to leave. Persons 18 years or younger must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in. 

 

Guarantee Policy 

A deposit, a credit card and a copy of photo id may be requested upon leasing or booking to guarantee a unit. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age and must provide a valid credit card in their name along with 1 piece of government-id. 

 

Check-in Policy

  • Minimum Check-In Age is 18

  • Check-In Time is 3 pm

  • Check-Out Time is 11 am

Special check-in or move-in instructions will be provided by a member of our team. If a room is neglected or willfully damaged the resident or guest will be held responsible.

Pet Policy

The Bradshaw Lofts must be made aware of any accompanying pets at the time of booking. Should the reservation be made through an online booking channel, a member of our staff must be advised of the pet in writing, prior to the date of arrival. Failure to notify the Bradshaw Lofts prior to your arrival may result in the refusal of the pet at the time of check-in.

In the event that a complaint is received due to loud or excessive barking or noises, a single warning will be issued. Subsequent complaints will result in the removal of the animal and/or the removal of all registered occupants of the room.

A deep cleaning charge of $100 will be added to the room bill if a member of our staff deems it necessary. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us directly for further details. 

Parking

The Bradshaw Lofts has two outdoor, undesignated parking lots. One is on Falstaff St the other is on Downie St. A member of our staff will let you know which lot you have permission to park in. You may be asked for a copy of your license plate number and vehicle information. You must display your parking pass at all times. 

If you have an electric vehicle and need to charge in our lot, you must notify a member of our staff. There is a $5/day fee for charging. 

There is free parking on Falstaff St. or in the City of Stratford Cooper lot for guests.

Please refer to our cancellation policy with each Airbnb listing, as policies may change. 

PRIVACY POLICY

At the Bradshaw Lofts we take the privacy and security of our guests seriously. 

MAKING A RESERVATION

When making a reservation or using our services it is necessary to have information in order to identify you, contact you and to process your reservation and requests. This information usually includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date, and language preference. It may also include, if you choose to share that information with us, your preferences regarding the delivery of your service such as type of room, type of bed, and the like. 

The Bradshaw Lofts may contract with a third party hotel manager. Your personal information is shared with the third party manager of the hotel and certain of its employees involved in delivering the service to you to the extent necessary for them to do so and to process the transaction. Any such third party manager is required to abide by the terms of this Privacy Protection Policy.

From time to time, we may offer packages or other services that involve third parties. If you are partaking of such a package or service your personal information will be shared with that third party to the extent necessary to provide that service and process the purchase or request. We may use the information you provide to send you offers and information about our services and those of select third parties. Your information will not be given to these third parties but rather the offer of the third party will be provided to us which will manage the distribution. If you do not wish to receive such offers and information you may unsubscribe or opt-out by sending an email to info@thebradshaw.ca, using the subject line “Unsubscribe”, so indicating your request with sufficient personal identifiers so we can appropriately act on your request. All our marketing communication of this type will also contain instructions for unsubscribing.

VISITING OUR WEBSITE

Our website does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse it and pages from our servers. This means that, unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not know your name, your e-mail address or any other personally identifiable information. When you request a page from our website, our servers log the information provided in the HTTP request; including the IP address, the time of the request, the URL requested and other information that is in the HTTP header. We collect the request header information in order to make our website function correctly and provide you the functionality that you see on our website. We also use this information to better understand how visitors use our website and how we can better tailor our website, its contents and functionality to meet your needs.

Collection of Personal Information 

To establish and maintain a responsible commercial relationship with you and to provide ongoing service.

To understand your needs and preferences. We maintain a record of the products and services you receive from us and we may ask for additional information so that we can serve you better. For example, we may record your preference for type of room.

To develop, enhance, market or provide products and services. For example, we look at our guests’ use of our services so that we can better understand how to improve our services.

To manage and develop our business and operations. For example we analyze guest patterns of usage of our hotel and services to help us manage it efficiently and plan for future growth.

To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Disclosing Personal Information 

We disclose personal information only in these limited circumstances:

We may disclose a guest’s personal information to a person who, in the reasonable judgment of the Bradshaw Lofts, is seeking the information as an agent of the guest – for example, a travel agent who is booking a reservation on behalf of the guest.

Personal information will be shared with the Bradshaw Lofts so that it may provide the services you have reserved.

Personal information will be shared with a third party involved in supplying the guest with the services they have purchased to the extent necessary to affect the supply and the processing of the transaction.

Personal information may be shared with a third party retained by the Bradshaw Lofts to perform functions on its behalf such as property management, reservations handling, data processing or storage, guest surveys or research.

Personal information may be shared with an agent retained by the hotel to evaluate a customer’s credit worthiness or in order to collect a customer’s account.

Personal information may be shared with a public authority or an agent of public authority if in the reasonable judgment of the Bradshaw Lofts it appears that there is an imminent danger to life or property which could be avoided or minimized by disclosure of the information, or which disclosure is compelled by legal authority.

Any such disclosure of a guest’s personal information by the Bradshaw Lofts to a third party will be made only on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used only for the purpose for which it has been disclosed.

PRINCIPLES

We will not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose than those identified above, except with your consent.

We will protect your personal information with appropriate security safeguards.

We will take appropriate steps to protect the confidentiality of your personal information when dealing with third parties.

We will strive to keep your personal information as accurate and up to date as is necessary for the purposes identified above.

We will honour your request to access your personal information in as timely fashion as is reasonably possible.

You are always free to refuse to provide personal information to us. You may also withdraw your consent with respect to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by e-mailing us at info@thebradshaw.ca, using “Unsubscribe” as the subject line, and providing us sufficient personal identifiers so we can act effectively on your request.

However, in either case, this may limit our ability to serve you.
